Order Processing

● Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

● During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

● You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

● Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50; otherwise $7.90 flat fee

● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

● Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

● Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

 

Local Pickup

● Free local pickup is available at our Marietta, GA wellness studio

● You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1-3 business days

Pre-orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship according to the estimated timeframe listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

● If your package is delayed, please refer to the tracking information first

● If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at wecare@lumivibeswellness.com We’ll work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

● LumiVibes is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

● If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the United Kingdom (UK). Purchases over $75 free shipping. Otherwise, packages will be mailed first class at the standard rate of $19.40

 

Multiple Shipments

To ensure the quickest delivery, some orders may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
